New York City: Rosen & Chadick have been partners for 45 years and they still like each other. The men run a retail fabric store in the heart of Manhattan's garment district and have a customer base ranging from the seamstress sewing for herself, to fashion designers, to the costume shops of Beauty and the Beast and the Metropolitan Opera.

They are currently teaching their children to take over the business. David Chadick has been working in the store since he was 22 years old and soon will run the company with Stanley Rosen's daughter.

Teddy and Stanley said that after all this time, they are putting some partnership agreements in place for the sake of the next generation. The veterans have never bothered to put anything in writing preferring to simply talk through issues and come to consensus.
